Once specifications and services have been agreed:
- GlobeOp implementation team is assigned to begin a clearly defined implementation process
- GlobeOp team manager interfaces with client counterpart to coordinate the technical, operational, and training steps
- Client services group (CSG) is assigned, reporting to one of GlobeOp’s regional chief operating officers
- Team becomes responsible for day-to-day operations and accounting services
- Includes specialists in securities operations, OTC derivative operations and valuations, and fund accounting
- Single points of telephone and CSG group email contact facilitates information sharing and communications with prime brokers and counterparties
- GlobeOp's CSG team and Investor Services group facilitate investor communications, preparation of investor statements
- Customer relationship manager is assigned to monitor client service satisfaction with our services and ensure fund expectations are met.
Client service teams are actively trained and supervised. GlobeOp’s proprietary, automated, Web-based tool “GoCheck” tracks standardized tasks and procedures for each client.
An annual client satisfaction survey benchmarks our performance and solicits client feedback.
