Biographies
William Stone
Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive OfficerWilliam C. Stone founded SS&C in 1986 and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer since SS&C's inception. He also has served as SS&C's President from inception through April 1997 and again from March 1999 until October 2004. Prior to founding SS&C, Mr Stone directed the financial services consulting practice of KPMG LLP, an accounting firm, in Hartford, Connecticut and was Vice President of Administration and Special Investment Services at Advest, Inc., a financial services company. Normand Boulanger
President, Chief Operating Officer and DirectorNormand A. Boulanger has served as SS&C's President and Chief Operating Officer since October 2004. Prior to that, Mr Boulanger served as SS&C's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from October 2001 to October 2004, Senior Vice President, SS&C Direct from March 2000 to September 2001, Vice President, SS&C Direct from April 1999 to February 2000, Vice President of Professional Services for the Americas, from July 1996 to April 1999, and Director of Consulting from March 1994 to July 1996. Prior to joining SS&C, Mr Boulanger served as Manager of Investment Accounting for The Travelers from September 1986 to March 1994. Mr Boulanger was elected as one of SS&C's directors in February 2006.
Patrick Pedonti
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial OfficerPatrick J. Pedonti has served as SS&C's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since August 2002. Prior to that, Mr Pedonti served as SS&C's Vice President and Treasurer from May 1999 to August 2002. Prior to joining SS&C, Mr Pedonti served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Accent Color Sciences, Inc., a company specializing in high-speed color printing, from January 1997 to May 1999.
Rahul Kanwar
Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Alternative AssetsMr Kanwar is Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Alternative Assets including the global hedge, private equity and fund of fund administration unit of SS&C Technologies Inc. and AdvisorWare, Total Return and FundRunner software products. He joined SS&C when the company acquired the Eisnerfast LLC fund administration business from Eisner LLP in 2005. At Eisner, Mr Kanwar was responsible for managing and overseeing Eisnerfast LLC from 1998 onwards. Mr Kanwar also has audit experience in the financial services industry, particularly with hedge funds and brokers and dealers in securities. He has an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Economics from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA and is a Certified Public Accountant.>
David Reid
Senior Vice President and Managing Director, InternationalMr Reid is Senior Vice President and Managing Director of International based in London. Prior to this, Mr Reid served as co-head of SS&C's global hedge fund administration business and was responsible for operations management and oversight, client service and new business development. Mr Reid has more than 25 years of experience in investment services, technology and operations for financial services and has held various senior executive positions in accounting and operations, financial services and investment consulting. Previously, Mr Reid was Senior Vice President of Investment Operations, Accounting and Systems for Conning Asset Management, and Vice president of Mellon Global Securities Services. Mr Reid has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, RI.
Andrea Dulberg
General Counsel, SS&C GlobeOpAndrea Dulberg, general counsel and company secretary of SS&C GlobeOp is based at the Company’s Harrison, NY office. Ms Dulberg was appointed as company secretary in June 2007. Prior to joining SS&C GlobeOp in 2006, Ms Dulberg served as a securities, corporate governance and compliance counsellor for more than 20 years, most recently as chief counsel at International Paper Company, where her responsibilities included all SEC reporting and advising the Board of Directors on corporate governance and compliance matters. Prior to that, Ms Dulberg worked in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., including corporate secretary and roles in global debt origination, asset-based financing and acquisitions and divestitures. From 1987 to 1992, Ms Dulberg served as vice president and senior counsel at Citigroup overseeing the legal aspects of Citigroup’s asset securitization, debt and equity offerings.
Ms Dulberg began her career representing corporations and underwriters at the law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in New York, NY. She earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
Rob Diaz
Managing Director, SS&C GlobeOpRobert Diaz joined SS&C GlobeOp in 2012 as Managing Director of the SS&C GlobeOp fund services division, when the company acquired GlobeOp Financial Services S.A. Diaz is the global head for fund Accounting, operations and investor services and has teams in the US, Europe and India. Prior to joining SS&C GlobeOp in 2000, Diaz was the head of treasury at Long Term Capital Management responsible for daily funding requirements and collateral management. He began his career Paine Webber supporting their mortgage back securities finance desk. Diaz holds a BBA from Pace University.
Tom Kirkpatrick
Managing Director, SS&C GlobeOpTom Kirkpatrick brings extensive experience in the financial industry to SS&C GlobeOp. He previously served Credit Suisse First Boston as the European Regional Head, Product Control, where his responsibilities included Quality Assurance and the development of Operational Risk metrics. Prior to CSFB, he held management positions at Bankers Trust, London, including European Senior Control Officer, European Head of Derivative Products Operations and Regional Product Controller for Derivative Products. He gained additional accounting experience as a Senior Accountant at Salomon Brothers, London. Previously he had qualified as an ACA at Price Waterhouse, London. Kirkpatrick holds a Master of Arts in Modern History from St. Andrews University in Fife, Scotland.
Nandini Sankar
Managing Director, COO and President IndiaNandini Sankar Piparaiya is COO & President India, at SS&C GlobeOp's offices in Mumbai. Nandini relocated to India from SS&C GlobeOp's New York office, where she served as Director of development since its formative stages in 2000. Prior to joining SS&C GlobeOp, Nandini was a technology strategist at LTCM, where she was responsible for implementing solutions for Credit Exposure, Treasury Management and Third Party Reconciliations. Previously, she was an associate with the Solutions Through Technology group at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Nandini holds a B.S in Computer Science and a B.A in Economics from the University of Rochester, NY.
Bob Schwartz
Chief Technology Officer, SS&C GlobeOpBob Schwartz has more than 20 years of experience in managing large global technology teams and projects, particularly for the financial services industry. Schwartz joined SS&C GlobeOp from Lehman Brothers, where he served as managing director for operations technology, chief technology officer, and senior vice president for derivative technology, among other positions. Previously, Schwartz worked for Bankers Trust building that firm’s derivatives technology environment.
Schwartz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Stony Brook University. Schwartz serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of The New York Blood Center, the nation’s largest non-profit community-based independent blood center.
Phil Tazza
Global Head of Investor Services, SS&C GlobeOpPhil Tazza is the Global Head of Investor Services for SS&C GlobeOp and is based at the company’s Harrison, NY office. Prior to joining SS&C GlobeOp, Tazza was Head of North America Operations for JPMorgan Hedge Fund Services and was responsible for managing middle-office operations, fund accounting, operational risk and control, and transfer agency.
Prior to JPMorgan, Tazza held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Alternative Investments at UBS Wealth Management. In the course of his 30 years of financial services experience, Tazza has also held similar senior level positions at Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and Bankers Trust Company.
Mr. Tazza started his career at Price Waterhouse, and is a
certified public accountant with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Accounting from the State University of New York at
Albany.
