NOTIFICATION OF ORDINARY SHARE REPURCHASE PLAN - CLOSE PERIOD ARRANGEMENTS
GlobeOp Financial Services S.A. ("GlobeOp(R)" or "the Company"), has entered into an irrevocable and non-discretionary
arrangement with its broker, Merrill Lynch International, to repurchase on its behalf and within certain pre-set
parameters, ordinary shares in GlobeOp during the Company's close period commencing on 1 July 2010 and ending on the day
prior to the announcement of the Company's 2010 interim results. This arrangement is in accordance with the Listing Rules
and the Company's general authority to repurchase shares.
The share repurchase plan is in compliance with the authority to repurchase approved by GlobeOp's shareholders at its last
Annual General Meeting on 27 April 2010, the plan authorises the Company to make market purchases of up to an aggregate
cost of £3,500,000 of its ordinary shares, until the next annual general meeting of the company, in order to reduce the
capital of GlobeOp and/or fulfil grants under the Company's share option programme.
The share repurchase plan does not require GlobeOp to repurchase any shares and may be discontinued at any time. Purchases
will be made in the normal course in the open market, from time to time, subject to the pricing conditions set out in the
authority to repurchase shares granted by GlobeOp's shareholders and subject to availability and market conditions. All
ordinary shares purchased will not be cancelled, but will be held in treasury. Any purchases will be announced to the
market as soon as possible after they have occurred.
